The Forging Leadership Seminar is a five day workshop with students from College Excel - www.collegeexcel.com - during which we work together to build a group project. Students discuss and practice basic leadership skills like communication, collaboration, attention to detail, cooperation, and commitment to follow-through in addition to learning basic blacksmithing and metal fabrication.
